Watkins part number 32267 is a black plastic fitting with 1/4" npt threads and an o-ring on one side and a 1/4" barb fitting on the other. It is designed to be threaded into the drain hole of a pump and allows for attachment of a 1/4" hose. Used in Hotspring HIghlife and limelight spas.
