Can I ship to another address?
Absolutely. Just make sure that when checking out you specify the address where you would like your products shipped or send an email to email@example.com. If you notify us of a new shipping address via email, we will do our best to make those mailing changes, but cannot guarantee the address corrections will be made before shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed the same day they are received provided they arrive early enough during the day excluding weekends and the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. During Thanksgiving and Christmas, our shipping department is closed for an extended time. For Thanksgiving, we are closed the Thursday, Friday and the following weekend. Our shipping department is also closed from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Other than the above listed exceptions, orders are shipped within 24-36 hours from the time the order is placed. In-Stock orders placed Monday-Friday after 5pm (CST) will be processed and shipped the next day. Please allow 2-4 additional days for delivery when placing an order on a holiday.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change on an order you have placed, it is best to call us as soon as possible at (309) 692-0292 and press option 4. You can also email our shipping department (firstname.lastname@example.org), but changes to the order cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to change your order as requested, but it is possible that your order may have already shipped and further action may be required to correct it.
Who are your shipping carriers?
All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and a tracking number will be provide to you. We also are unable to ship to a PO Box so please provide a physical mailing address. If you have a preferences for your items being shipped UPS or UPS, please notify us via email (email@example.com) or calling our office (309.692.0292)
What if my order arrives damaged?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When your order is placed online, all items are new and unused. From time to time, in the shipping process, items are damaged in the shipping process. If this happens, please contact our shipping department at (309) 692-0292 or email our shipping department (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will contact you within 24-48 hours.
How much will taxes be?
Illinois residence are charged 8.5% sales tax; however, taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. For this store, we will only be shipping to residents in Illinois.
